By using GameClanFinder ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to hold a Steam account) to use GameClanFinder. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Accounts are created exclusively via Steam OpenID login. You're responsible for keeping your Steam account secure — we have no visibility into or control over your Steam credentials. One person or clan should not operate multiple duplicate accounts to spam listings.
When using GameClanFinder, you agree not to:
All submitted text (ad titles, descriptions, "About" sections) is automatically screened for prohibited content. Listings or accounts violating these rules may be removed without notice.
You retain ownership of the profile text, descriptions, and other content you submit. By posting it, you grant GameClanFinder a license to display it publicly on the platform as part of normal site operation. You're solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you post — including any external Discord, TeamSpeak, or website links you add to your profile.
We reserve the right to remove any listing, ad, or account — and to suspend or permanently delete accounts — at our discretion, particularly for violations of Section 3. We don't guarantee advance notice before taking this action.
GameClanFinder facilitates connections via external services (Discord, TeamSpeak, personal websites) that you or other users choose to link. We don't control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, availability, or safety of those external services once you leave GameClanFinder.
GameClanFinder is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular match, clan, or player will meet your expectations. We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any agreements or interactions between users that occur off-platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameClanFinder and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to interactions with other users or third-party services linked from your profile.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
